Isolation Hiking!

Well being back in the UK is great but isolation sucks!
So for the next 14 days I have to stay in the house and not go out at all only in to the garden!
So what to do 🤔
It would be so so simple to just sit on the sofa eating crisps for the next 14 days but that wouldn’t help fitness levels or my mental state. So to make sure that doesn’t happen and I’m fighting fit ready for action I have been up nice and early getting those steps in.
It is a real mental struggle but I have set myself a task of doing 15’000 steps per day and at least one work out 🏋️♀️

Some mornings it’s all I could do to put one foot in front of the other but once I have pushed through that first barrier the rest comes quickly.
Once I have finished I feel ready for the day!
All it takes is one foot in front of the other I’m not going to lie some mornings its dam hard but remember why you are doing it and imagine the end goal it will help get you through.
