A Year For A New Adventure

2019 was a good year for moving forward and away from the disasters of 2018 I felt that a fresh start is in order and that 2020 will be a year of new adventures and challenges galore!

To start the year with help of my ever patient husband we have started our new venture Blue Lotus farm where we have been taking in horses - cows - goats - cats and dogs many of whom have not had the best of starts in life like our lovely Gem.

A little bit of sad news is in November we lost poor Gem who we had rescued the year before every effort was given to save her but in the end she crossed the rainbow bridge

she is now at peace on the farm where she will forever be missed :-(

So moving on we have now taken in two new ladies who we have named Sophie and Farida to add to our growing heard

of cows! Gazelle hasn't been to impressed!!

Our new farm means we can now offer more adventures from hiking and horse riding to cow hugging and milking :-0 and I’m sure I’ll be getting myself it to loads more trouble!

So what’s first?

Well as I said in the beginning 2020 is a new year for bigger challenges which I will announce in due course but trust me when I say it's going to be epic! and I want you guys to get involved!

For now, though training has begun and with adventure season in full swing here in Egypt I’ll be posting regular updates via Instagram :-)

That’s it for me for now I have to pop off and milk Blue Bell and give baby Gwen a cuddle!!
