Now as you may of read from my previous review I started out my fitness journey with a Nike Fuelband but I kind of out grew it and needed something a little more so I could track my progress better.
A lot of my friends had gone for the fitbit but most complained that the step counter wasn't that accurate which again was something important for me, so I ended up trying the Garmin Vivosmart 3.
This watch has all you could need for the beginner hiker! It tracks your steps , your heart rate, your Km's, how many calories you have burned, your sleep pattern and your stress levels!
Pretty cool huh!
That's not all you can download an app to your phone to sync your day and see if you meet you target
You can also enter in to challenges with others on line which If your like me helps with your competitive nature and keeps you moving even when you don't want to.
The price isn't bad either mine cost £99
No batteries required you just charge it up every 4 to 5 days
Out of 10 i'd defiantly give this watch a 9 it's functional keeps you competitive and gives you enough info to keep you motivated!
